Layered, slightly viscous, juicy, and very smooth, this brew does very well in a white wine glass. There are so many layers and feelings to this brew. Take note of the fruit tones, umami, and secret rice tones that drink elegant and confident. Look for apple, breakfast cereal bar, strawberry, mango, white peach, grape, and fruit jam flavors that have a rich and dry finish.
