Light, tight, dry, crisp with a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003elittle tingle and friskiness, this smooth and clean brew has a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003etannin-like dryness and a very quick finish. Look for crisp apple, Asian \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003epear, persimmon, kumquat, young melon, celery, and snow melt flavors on \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003ea very concise fluid that is like dry water.
