Tsukasabotan Junmai Ginjo "Fu-in"

Fu-in 2.0 is a new version of a really great brew and guess what? It's better! This is a very drinkable sake with a nose like a fruit basket, but with an overall dry drinking experience. How did they do that? Very clean, round, smooth, and dry. Look for hints of apple, dry pear, and white grape elements on a gentle fluid flow, with a quick finish. A tricky sake that drinks far dryer than it's amazing nose. A mid-size glass brings out the best flavor-and-feeling ratio. Just so easy going down, this brew is rice and water at it's best.
