A new Juyondai release, made entirely from the top grade "Tokujo" Omachi rice, just 0.2% of all Omachi grown. First achieved by Okayama farmers in 2018, it proved so difficult they didn't succeed again until 2023.

One of the only known heirloom strains of sake rice, Omachi was discovered in the wild in 1869, brings a unique herbal quality and depth to fine sake. Aromatic, delicate, refined, with Juyondai's signature whispering finish.
